• Get your questions answered immediately. Before you submit a question, you are provided an online knowledgebase that answers the most common questions. This lets you get your answer immediately.
   

• Submit a question when you can't find the answer. When you submit a question, one of Bill Poulos' full-time staff members personally reads it and immediately assigns it to Bill himself, if it's a trading question.
